Dr. Masayuki Kukan Hisataka
Chancellor & Professor of Leadership

Dr. Masayuki Hisataka holds the position of Chancellor & Professor of Leadership at of Karatedo University. He also holds the position of Professor of Leadership at Monarch Business School Switerland. He has held teaching positions at McGill University, Loyola College and Cegep St. Jerome in Canada and has lectured at Columbia University, New York State University as well as at West Point Military Academy in the USA. Dr. Hisataka holds a Doctor of Science from Monarch Business School Switzerland and a Bachelor of Commerce from Nihon University in Japan. Dr. Jeffrey Henderson
Dean of the Faculty & Professor of Applied Ethics

Dr. Jeffrey Henderson holds the positions of Dean of the Faculty and is a Member of the Academic Board of Karatedo university. Dr. Henderson also holds the position of Dean of the Faculty and Professor of Ethics at Monarch Business School, Switzerland. He also has held the position of Dean of Student Development at SMC University. Previously he was an Associate Professor at the Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France. Dr. Henderson holds a D.Phil. in Business Research from Monarch Business School, a Doctor of Political Economy from SMC University, a Doctorandus (Drs.) and MBA from Nijenrode Unversiteit in The Netherlands. Dr. Gary Keller
Professor of Management

Dr. Keller holds the position of Professor of Management Studies at Karatedo University. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Northcentral University and a Master in Management Science from Cardinal Stritch University and a Master in History from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. Dr. Keller is presently a Professor at Eastern Oregon University, USA. He has taught on a full-time basis at the university since 2012 and previously for 12 years at Cardinal Stritich University in Milwaukee, WI USA. Dr. Keller teaches global business policy and strategic management, management and leadership and organizational behavior at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. In 2002, the ACBSP selected Dr. Keller as the Midwest Region 4 Teacher of the Year. Dr. Keller has written curricula for several universities and serves as a Master thesis director directing the capstone papers of more than 800 students. Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka
Head Technical Director & Professor of Leadership

Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka holds the title of Hanshi of Koshiki Karatedo and Head Shihan of Shorinjiryu Karatedo. He began his karatedo training at the age of 3 years old. He is a graduate of the faculty of Bioresources and Forest Resource Science Department of Nippon University. After several years working in the business world, he opened a karate school in Urayasu city, Kohto-ku Tokyo in 2004. He now has 10 Karate schools with over 120 students. Shihan Kudaka is a world Karatedo and Koshiki champion with many championships to his name. He has extensive international travel with teaching experience in Canada, USA, France, Australia, The Netherlands, Portugal, Germany, Ukraine, Russia, South Africa, Azerbijian, GeorgiaSwitzerland, Sri Lanka. Professor Raymond Leduc
Professor of Management

Professor Raymond Leduc is a lecturer and Assistant Director of the Aubrey Dan Program in Management and Organizational Studies at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada. The program combines traditional management education with a range of social science disciplines and it is the largest program at the university with over 2,500 students enrolled. Professor Leduc received his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 1990 and his professional accounting designation in 2002 and is currently completing doctoral studies. His research interests involve knowledge management in the health care industry and he has co-authored numerous articles on the human resource considerations involving e-health training and delivery. Dr. Donald Oxford York
Professor of Leadership

Dr. Donald Oxford York holds the position of Professor of Leadership Studies at Karatedo University. He also holds the position of Dean of Student Development & Professor of Leadership at Monarch Business School Switzerland. Professor Dr. York holds a D.Phil. in Business Research degree with distinction from Monarch Business School where he also earned a Master of Philosophy in Business Research with distinction. He also holds a B.A. in Behavioral Neuropsychology from McGill University in Montreal where he also completed a Graduate Diploma in Leadership. At present, Dr. York is completing a PhD in Counselling & Spirituality at St-Paul University, a college of the University of Ottawa. His areas of interest revolve around Health Care Administration and Leadership. More…
